This is how Bohemicus works: It runs next to your main application or even completely minimized in the background, constantly watching what your are doing and trying to assist you. You activate Bohemicus from your main application (e.g. a CAT tool) by pressing a hotkey. Bohemicus then retrieves your text from your main app, processes it and inserts the result back into the text.
This means that you don’t have to leave your CAT tool at all! Simply stay in your memoQ, SmartCat, XTM, etc., and press a hotkey of whichever function you would like to use. Bohemicus will then do its work in the background and deliver the results into your target application, i.e. your CAT/office application.
Why is this useful? Because it is much faster then copy text from your CAT, switching between windows, and then going back and pasting the result into your CAT. This can save you lots of time and energy.
