How to insert the current date with Bohemicus

What is it good for?

You can use this function to e. g. distinguish various folders from the same client among each other. Let’s say you have regular orders from the client X. So you would typically have many subfolders in your project folder in this client’s name. Sure, you could always add the name of that particular project to the project name, but it is perhaps easier to just add a date. Something like this:

To be able to do this, you would need a quick way to insert the current day. And that’s exactly what Bohemicus does.

How to insert the current date

You can very easily insert the current date by pressing the Ctrl+Alt+D combo. This can be useful in a number of situations, for instance, if you want to differentiate a filename… or enter a date into your bookkeeping.

Also, you can specify various date formats on on the Language&Settings tab by selecting an entry from a dropdown menu.
